Fast delivery, I happy

The pickup service was terrible. I scheduled my packages to be collected on a specific date, but nobody showed up, and customer service couldn’t tell me when they would come to pick them up. I spent four days messaging them (because they don’t have phone support), and nobody replied to the chat. When I tried to cancel the service, surprise! You need to justify the reason through the same chat where nobody responds, and if they don’t reply, you can’t cancel it or start the refund process. Eventually, on a random day, they came to collect my boxes and delivered them, but I had to leave the country without knowing whether they would show up or not, or when, or without being able to cancel the service. They finally did the job, but I would not recommend this company at all if you want your parcels to be collected and delivered with ease. Awful customer service.

Overall, the service was efficient, although the delivery arrived two days late. That delay is understandable, given that the destination was Romania. Even so, I am willing to give the service another opportunity, this time with a shipment to Italy. The tracking could be improved

Guter Preis. Versand ab Spanien nach Deutschland mit UPS erfolgte schnell. Meinerseits war nicht beachtet worden, dass der Absender das Paket zum Depot bringen muss. Zufällig wurde es doch abgeholt und es lief dann innerhalb von 2 Tagen alles reibungslos.
