1 star because we can't put 0. I have been working with Ecoparcel for years now, when everything works, it's great. But God forbid you need any assistance. No one to help, never. the latest case, 3 days waiting for a pick up, no notification, no help of any kind, and they want to charge me for the cancelation

We operate on a high-transparency basis. The collection was booked for 03/06/2026, and the courier arrived on 03 Jun 2026 at 15:29.
As you have completed more than 50 orders with us, you are familiar with how collections work on this route. It is typically the same courier assigned to the same route.
Each business customer receives 5 free flexible cancellations per month for situations such as absence at the collection address or incorrect address details. In those cases, the cancellation can be covered and a full refund issued.
In this case, the courier arrived as scheduled, but the collection failed. The courier charges us for failed collection attempts, and that cost is passed on to the customer.
The charge for an additional collection attempt is €5, which reflects the courier’s cost for arranging the extra attempt.
You can always do that by clicking "Rebook Collection" or "Refund Request".
i find ecoparcel very recommendable, i had to open a complain ticket and i got replied. however, ecoparcel should control their delivery partner closer (very bad and frustrating experience with SEUR)
I am very satisfied with their service. It was fast and the price was twice cheaper than the regular post office.
Before shipping, I had problems with the delivery of the package. Despite contacting customer support, I had to pay two shipping costs. The package arrived badly damaged, and Ecoparcel's technical support was of no help at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
