I have booked a door to door shipment. The pickup went as planned but the delivery no. In the expected day to delivery (in the tracking), i was home all day and no one come over or any type of contact was done. The following day, same and suddendly i receive a notice saying that the package was delivered in a pickup point. During this time no contact or delivery attempt was made. I've contacted ecoparcel costumer service explaining the situation, specially the fact that i've paid door-to-door and haven't received that service. No compensation was offered and the answer was that they were going to investigate with the carrier. Have contacted costumer service 3 times and no answer was given. Really really bad service. If you don't deliver the service i've paid for, a partly refund shluld at least be offered.
