Nazaj na vse oceneI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Ecoparcel. I sent a parcel consisting of three securely attached boxes, packed carefully and confirmed as well secured by the SEUR staff member who personally collected it. However, when the shipment was delivered by DPD, only 2 out of the 3 boxes arrived. Despite the fact that the parcel was sent as one single, secured unit, I am now being told by DPD to contact the original sender to start an investigation. I have had no updates, and Ecoparcel has not contacted me at all, despite the seriousness of the issue. This missing box is causing a direct impact on the completion of my remote postgraduate studies, as it contained essential materials. The lack of communication, accountability, and support has been extremely stressful and frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ecoparcel.

We’ve double-checked our system and, unfortunately, we don’t see any previous tickets or conversations from you or the shipper. To help us look into this as quickly as possible, please visit the Help Centre and select “Delivery Problem” to open a case.
We will, of course, investigate this matter for you. However, according to the booking details, only one parcel was booked. If three separate parcels were taped together, this counts as one consolidation, not one parcel, and each individual parcel should still have had its own label attached.
