a complete wast of my time, customer service don't know what to do. order No, 8J6Q4GBW AND NOT COLLECTED BUT PAID FOR, NW5NZEQJ PAID FOR AND COLLECTED, (IF I DID NOT PAY THEN WHY DID YOU SEND ME A REFUND?)

Muy rápido y cómodo.

I was a bit nervous when I decided to go with ecoparcel because of some of the bad reviews and I had a tight deadline. I had 4 different orders and questions with each of them and customer service always responded promptly. They picked up 7 large boxes from 2 different locations as scheduled on a Thursday in Germany and I received them on Tuesday in Spain. The boxes were a bit banged up, but so far I haven't found anything broken with the 1st shipment. You can't beat their prices and I would definitely use them again!

Cheap. the parcel was picked on monday and delivered the next monday. It was supposed to take 2-4days

Great and quick service. I really appreciate the phone call in advance from driver because some other companies would just show up and you have to be at home waiting for them the whole day, but this service is very well organized. Definitely using them again!

I have to appreciate the speed with which the customer service answered to my email, however in the future I wish there was an help-desk number offered on your website as well.

Late 2 weeks, Promised 2-4 days. They do not call if they are behind your door, no sms, no e-mail what day and time they will be in your place. For me it was horror- for logistic company is not allowed these kind of things - I lost trust immediately,
