It was a great experience. Good pickup and delivery within 3 days (internationally). The only improvement would be to give a 2h window for the pickup.

cheap option fast and efficient service

Fast service and I really pleased with the result. Thanks!

I used ecoparcel few times and every time the service was smooth. But... the packages arrived broken and once almost all the content was destroyed, so I imagine that the boxes were not taken care off in a proper way. There's a lot of restrictions of the content of the boxes. It's definitely the cheapest way to send your stuff but with no guarantee it will arrive safe...

The shipment was a really good price, which is why we used this service. Pick up in the first round was unsuccessful as they tried collecting before 6 am. Second time we tried things went smoothly, but only got 3 of the 4 parcels. I wrote customer service and a few days later the last parcel arrived. The boxes we had used were all sturdy moving boxes. But all had been mishandled somewhat. We had bubblewrapped all the frames of pictures inside the boxes, yet they were broken. Shattered glas in several boxes. Some of the boxes had visible holes in them??

Excellent. I will use it again =)

Booked the pickup date. Courier collected it early in the day which was great. It arrived safely and in good time to the recipient.

Good service. It's the third time we are using it. It took 2 days, including the day of pick up, to deliver it from Budapest to Bratislava. Will use this service again. The prices offered are much better than those offered by post offices or express delivery companies.

Excellent service parcel collected Monday in Spain delivered safely in Nottingham on Thursday.

Quick and reliable!
