Recenzie

The guy of the delivery was really nice. Only the boxes were a bit damaged but everything inside is in perfect conditions.

Service was really good. My box arrived in less than 4 days, and in a great shape, nothing is broken. Amazing price/quality service ! I ll book again !

this is a SCAM noboday took my parcel, nobody answered my emails and they still have my money. I won't stop until I get my money back

I have lost my parcel with this service, they do not call back, they do not refund anything, they have unreliable partners abroad that perform their service in unacceptable manner. I strongly do not advise to use this service, guys!

Great value service, I like that you can track your parcel throughout its journey. The only thing that could be improved is the timeframe given for collection and drop off. Knowing roughly which part of the day these happen at least ie. morning or afternoon, would greatly improve the service and customer satisfaction.

It’s a first experience with ecoparcel and I’m very satisfated.

The parcel was picked up in the morning, and arrived within 4 days as promised. Excellent service, very good rates...

Excellent service! No doubt! Everything ok Thanks! Jeannette, Chile-UK
