Thank you for your feedback, Martina, and for shipping with us again.

You are right that prices on some routes have gone up. Our rates include a fuel surcharge that follows the fuel prices our delivery partners pay, so when fuel goes up, shipping prices rise with it, and they come back down the same way. You can see how it works here: https://www.ecoparcel.eu/en/fuel-surcharge/

If you have any questions about the price of a specific route, please write to us through the contact form on our website mentioning this review and order E6YM49.

Thank you for the detailed review, Bjorn, and for booking two more shipments with us!

Great to hear the pick-up and delivery from Ireland to the Netherlands both happened on the days given at booking, and at a good price. Your point about the delivery day being confirmed only on the morning itself is fair, and we will pass it to our delivery partner so the estimate is shared earlier in transit.

We look forward to your next shipments.

Thank you for your feedback, Georgian, and we are sorry the delivery took longer than expected.

We checked order YVBKA9: the parcel was collected in Romania on 18 August and delivered in Poland on 26 August. Transit on this route took longer than we would like, and we will raise it with our delivery partners.

If there is anything else about this order, please write to us through the contact form on our website mentioning this review and order YVBKA9.
