Muchas Gracias

I sent parcels with ecoparcel before but the last time I had so many issues, and I never was contact before i asked some questions sending emails. The parcel was collected 2 days after I asked for, causing problems because of that, and the delivery was made 4 days after as well, causing problems as well. They had problems with the delivery address, when was correct so I didn't understand the issue.

Great service!

The overall experience was good. At the beginning just to pick up the courier was bit struggle. The local courier parcel man came, and you need to catch him to deliver your luggage. That was bit tricky with me. Because of local language communication problem, as I have to send bag from France to Prague, Czech republic. Rest of the transaction was smooth and received well.
