Recenzie

Reasonable First Experience. Professionalism of team on communicating the times for pick up and review when delivered all items. However duration of the trip was high more than 8 days for less tham 4000 km. Other parcel carriers did it is less than 5 days. Portugal to Romania

Quick and efficient service, thanks.

The package arrived in a short time and everything in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I did a section with food cause; The Bartolini courier informed us that he could not meet the delivery times for the food

Delivered the day promised in good condition

Fast and parcel in good conditions

I placed several orders on Ecoparcel, and everytime everything went well. All my package arrived, on time, safely and with no damage. It did happen that one time I had a minor problem but the costumer service has been really helpful and very patient with me, guiding me towards the best possible solution. I would recommend them to everyone

Grazie molto bene ciao

Absolutely horrific company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Mainly because there is no service, there is nobody to contact. I emailed and facebooked the company multiple times and never received a response. In the end I received somebody else's package and not my own. When I say I received somebody else's package, I mean it was left outside my doorstep in south east London. This still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE.

Quality service
