I booked a door to door service. I stayed at home and nobody call me about the pick up. Luckily I put everything downstairs and they collected it, however, a call would have been nice. Regarding the delivery, they did not contact my partner (who stayed home the whole day) and instead they left the parcells at a pick up location... I booked a door to door delivery, this is not good nor profesional.

I had a good experience with ecopacel, I would be using them again. I was very pleased with there chat line which was run by people and not a chat bot.

Parcel was delivered in 2 days

The package arrived severely damaged, the box was torn apart and heavily taped up. The PC inside is damaged as well: the metal case is dented, and the internal components are broken. I’ve suffered financial losses as a result.

Customer support responded with: “parcels are transported using mechanical conveyors,” and based on this, they say no refund will be issued, even though the package was insured.

They delivered from Portugal to France for a very good price, at a resonable delay around 5 days.
My only remark is that after buying the service, the estimated delivery on the tracking page was much longer (almost 2 weeks) than shown on the comparison page, but that turned out not to be true, so I am happy overall.

Profesional, fast and reliable with ability to track. Highly recommend!
