Great service

Collection as well as delivery of the package were smooth. My piano was delivered with care. I would like if the collection/delivery personnel gives precise timing of his arrival.

Submitted the dispatch on wednesday, got a quote for collection for friday. However got the pick-up on thursday (one day ahead in fact). Parcel arrived the following monday no problem. the overall service quick and reliable and also inexpensive. the only snag the responses from customer service. they always reply but better timing could be achieved.

30 kg box delivered safe in 4 days. Nothing broken or damage. I will send other boxes for sure.

good service & competitive prices

First of all I was given a 10 hour collection window. Unless you are planning to commit a whole day to sending away your shipment that is the first no-go for me. Since I expected that, I had decided on a pick-up spot which I could endure spending the day at and be productive while doing so. So I transported my parcel there just to receive a message telling me that the collection had been canceled no more than 2 hours before the begin of the collection window. The reason given for that was that the address could supposedly not be found. First of all that is a problem that should be detected and processed earlier. More importantly this is inexplicable to me since both Google Maps and Garmin show the correct location and even diffrent pizzarias found the place without any problem before. So I am wondering how a supposedly professional logistics company can fail to do so. Considering that I was shipping personal belongings and moved out the next day, I would have been in a very bad spot without people sending those belongings after me. As this seems to be a normal process for the company and they take it as a chance to retain money without providing any services, this is just the beginning of the additional work they provided me with. Their refund policy is to accredit the amount they are owing onto your account with them. For which their is literally no use if you made the kind of experience with them I had. So you have to write a ticket to them in order to get your money back. This ticket is then answered with a message telling you to be patient, it takes up to 7 days to refund the money. After 3 weeks the money was still not returned to my account. I wrote another ticket. The answer this time was stalling for more time ending with a friendly "Please hold on.". After another 2 weeks of "holding on" without any further information or effort from Ecoparcels side, I decided to get my money back via PayPal. Two days later PayPal had refunded the amount. Ecoparcel seems to be a cheap way of shipping but watch out: The service is lousy, you can't rely on what you are told and if you have bad luck you might end up spending your valuable time fighting for a refund and writing reviews just to prevent others from making the same mistakes. If you don't want to gamble, go with one of the more renowned shipping companies. They earned their name by providing decent services and would like to uphold those names.

Very reliable, the parcels get delivered quickly and without any damage. The pricing is excellent! It is useful that the parcel can be tracked online. The only way to make the service better would be to narrow down the pick-up and delivery time windows or make the courier call before the pick-up or delivery, as it may be sometimes inconvenient, having to wait whole day at home.
