I used Ecoparcel several times and I am happy with the result. I just had some problems with the collection of the package because they did not call me to let me now that they were coming to take it.

Within a week I sent a parcel from Hungary to Portugal and also, received an other sent from Portugal to Budapest. The pick up and deliver process was a bit troubled in both cases, only the second attempt was successful - however there were people at home waiting for the service on the first day as well. Finally, both packages were delivered fine within 6-7 working days, no harm done. The costumer service is only available online, they were responding to all questions within a day or two.The price is better than other companies and the online tracking system is very useful. Keeping in mind the weakness of the services, I would definitely use it again.

It's a gamble. Either you are lucky and everything goes smoothly, or you are not and you will end up wasting lots of time and money. Ecoparcel is working with terrible and unprofessional couriers that can't take responsibility for their actions. In short, they won't come to pick up you parcels, neither will they deliver them to you!

Our package has been "out for delivery" for five days. We can get no response from the company other than "don't leave your house and wait longer." Seriously? We've spent five days indoors. And there has been absolutely no attempt by the company to resolve this issue. Don't use this company. Go anywhere else.

There was a mistake on the sticker. It was absent the names if the sender and of recipient and the address. It was reported only the country of destination Lithuania, but was wrong.

Would love to receive more feedback on delivery... Which company is doing it etc. Support is slow and not useful
