So impressed with Ecoparcel. The service was great and professional. I'm student and save every penny, so with 5 euro bonus price was best on web.

Very bad experience, the courier was late, unpolite and didn't want to carry the boxes down the stairs. The boxes came late to Spain and all in bad condition. We had a second collection yesterday and the courier just didn't come, nobody calls or anything, I had a friend waiting all day for nothing. I will never use this company agin nor recommend it !!!

I received a fast and efficient service, I am very glad about it! The operator at the other end, where the suitcase was delivered (Italy), even volunteered to carry the suitcase (20 kg!) up the staircase for the client. That was very much appreciated! I would strongly recommend Ecoparcel for its efficiency and, not least, because it offered the best prices I could find online, including a 5-euro welcome discount! The only "down" side is that they cannot foretell a more precise collection and delivery time.

We use Ecoparcel.eu for pick ups of our parcels and are really happy about the service. Smoothless experience and quick delivery!

I ordered two parcels from Spain to England on the 9th June. One of the parcels arrived a week after, the other remained on status "Transit: Inbound, England". I requested information on the support portal (reference 43359). The agent didn't offer any useful information about my missing parcel and after asking for some description of my parcel, set the issue as resolved. After 18 days and 3 messages on their support portal. I am still waiting for some update on my parcel and the status on the tracking page is still "in transit" with no updates. I am very angry with the lack of information, and the fact that my parcel is still missing somewhere in England. Update: at 11th of July Ecoparcel has confirmed the parcel missing with no further reason. They have denied the refund of 100£ insurance because the parcel contains plastic bottles of olive oil and this breach the insurance. The fees has been refund into Ecoparcel balance (which I don't want to use any longer) instead of in my bank account. Conclusion: I still don't know what happened with my parcel, nobody seems to take responsibility and I lost my money.

Great service! The only thing to be improved is the pick up service! They don't provide us any time or time slot, only the date. This is a bit annoying.. The rest absolutely perfect!

I have sent luggage with personal belongings from my two month stay in Portugal. Everything was as promissed, delivery time was 6 working days. There was also laptop in my luggage and it came alright also, but I packed it very well, as well as whole suitcase (as recommended, in bubble wrap and cardboard). 100% satisfied, would use this service again.

The service was perfect until the delivery. Our parcel was delivered next door, with no attempt to contact us. Moreover, the website was updated with the status "parcel successfully delivered". We stayed at home the whole day waiting for a parcel that was delivered next door. We have only the neighbours to thank for receiving our package. This is completely unacceptable.
