Wasn't easy to spend a day waiting for the collection to happen, a most precise communication would help. All togheter a good service

How can I put it nicely. - Crappy website, it's full of bugs, the help pages are almost empty - No confirmation email summarizing the order - No helpful tracking - Very long pick-up/delivery window (8am-6pm), and in my case the parcels were picked up after 7pm! - No phone number to contact anyone (Ecoparcel or the local companies handling the parcels) - The insurance conditions are so strict that you'll probably almost never get a compensation if your parcel is lost (the list of restricted items is endless, plus they want to see the receipts proving you bought the lost items... NO I didn't keep any receipt for the countless little things I put in this box...) - The parcels that did arrive were in a very bad condition. - Customer support answers most of the time but it's been a month since I contacted them and I still have no news about my missing package. Conclusion: The price is low for a reason. Would not recommend. If anyone from Ecoparcel is reading this: - If you want your customers to stay, you have to make them happy. I am not happy. - The receipt thing is outrageous. If you lose a parcel, you should refund the full value of insurance. No matter what was in it, it was valuable to us! You'd spend 100 euros and get back so much more when I use your services again and recommend them to friends. - You're an online service! Fix your website!!! Edit: And if I might add, my review was first challenged by Ecoparcel and taken down until I proved my order was real with the invoice. These guys seem to be spending more time challenging negative reviews than fixing their customers problems. Still no sign of my lost parcel, and no definite answer about it, and it's been almost 6 weeks I reported the issue.

Absolutely the best service ever... Great contact on fb, the collectors /drop off guys are the nicest/ strongest/ friendliest people ... The service is terrific... Collected from Limerick Ireland on wed, arrived in Germany the following Monday .. Fantastic value for money too.. Don't ever change..

Very good service. I would have 5 stars if there was a service to call and give us a time slot window for collection. Apart from that, very happy with the very reasonablly priced service.

Fast, cheap, and had no troubles.

Did not pick up the parcel on the assigned date, very slow (more than 24h) response from customer service and they did not answer my questions at all, merely aknowledging that they received my complaint. Next day (Friday) when I try to cancel my order, many hours later I receive a letter saying they have attempted to cancel my order and that it will go through on Monday. Monday people show up to collect my parcel. 4 days late, after I cancelled the service and now no response again from customer service. Terrible company and service. After 7 days my parcel still has not arrived and customer service is ignoring all my attempts to contact them.
