Recogida puntual y el operario muy amable

Excellent service, as usual! I have been using Ecoparcel for 4 years now, 100% reliable and very fast!

Despite making the account and receiving the discount, the final price was higher than one quoted on the website anyway... It changed on the 3rd step or so and that was it. The parcel was sent 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, there has been no status update for over a week and there is NO WAY to contact the company... The e-mail is a 'no-reply' one and if you click 'contact' on the page you can choose from some irrelevant FAQs, but no way to ask anybody any question or enquire about the status of your parcel. I'm still waiting and I just hope it won't disappear together with my money....

The delivery date was not clear until the very last moment. The box was a bit damaged.

I had the worse experience with ecoparcel. I had ordered over a month ago, my packages from Denmark to be shipped to Germany, to company that receives parcels. Ecoparcel, when got the packages, despite the fact I had my full name, and all the details needed, they did not wrote my name on the parcels, only the address of the company, having as result, the company in Germany not to be able to accept three packages with unknown recipient. So I contacted ecoparcel, to figure out what for, my packages had not arrived to the final destination. I need to mention here, that on the tracking information on the website, the case was referring as "complete", which was not the case. Since the people in Ecoparcel could not find their fault, I started searching and I found out the reason why my parcels were not delivered. It is the one that I mention above, that they did not write my name on it, the recipient's name!!!!!! They had already passed 2 weeks! Finally they sent to the correct address with the correct recipient name, only the 2 out of 3 packages, so I contacted again to find out why the last package had not been sent and to ask them to send. However I never got a direct answer and of course an other 2 weeks period passed without my last package has arrived. On the contrary they sent it back to Denmark, and they informed me 4days after they sent it back. I have already asked for refunding and compensation, because I have lost too much personal time and money, in order to buy whatever I needed, since mine were travelling around Europe. Of course, I did not get any answer about it either. I have paid a huge amount of money, it has passed more than a month and still missing my last package. I was very kind and patient, but when people in ecoparcel realized the huge mistake they have made, stopped answering quickly, and did not answer my main questions. I strongly demand for compensation and my package for free to the address given. Unfortunately it is the most unprofessional service I have ever faced. I hope I can get what I deserve as a customer.

The service is good, the only problem is that I didn't know the day and hour of arrival, fortunately I was at home. However I will recommend it!

Not recommend - they lost my parcel. After i mailed why i see that it is stuck for week in different country while checking tracking, they answered sorry, we will search and if not find i can claim refund or something. It was mobile phones battery. What if it was something more expensive or more personal? Stay away from them Armand
