I got a problem with my parcel. The parcel was not collected and i got an e-mail that it will be collected on the next working day But on the next working day i wouldn't have been in the city anymore, so i needed to contact ecoparcel urgently. I tried to contact the company on friday at 3 pm (so not after the working day). Nevertheless the support center was supposed to work until 6, at 3 it was already closed. By closed i mean offline, because the company doesn't have any hotline, one can write them only an e-mail or in facebook messenger.

Great service. Would be better if the pick up time for the parcel was provided though!

LOST MY PHONE, COMPANY IS NOT CONTACTABLE I used this company to send a phone from Spain to the UK. The phone vanished and my parcel never arrived. I am now unable to contact the company as there is no number listed on their website, and they do not reply to customer service emails or messages on FB. I paid for insurance (which was extra) but as they won't reply to my emails I haven't been able to process a claim. They took my money, took my phone and vanished. Ignore the good reviews on FB (are they real?) DO NOT USE.

I have used ecoparcel before without any problems but on this occasion my package has not been delivered to its destination after 9 days. There is no tracking information after ‘collection successful ‘, so I assume it hasn’t left the UK yet. My frustration is that the only way to communicate with ecoparcel is via email and following my first enquiry over 24 hrs ago (to which I received a short reply promising to look into it), I have had no update. My subsequent enquiries via email have produced a standard reply telling me that my enquiry will be answered within 24 hrs. As it’s now Friday I’m assuming that will be Monday which which be 12 days post collection. The inability to communicate successfully and get information regarding the problem is extremely frustrating apart from the potential loss ie my daughter in Austria won’t have her Xmas presents and winter clothes.

Fast and convenient. The only problem was with the label - it was formed by the website not correctly.

My parcel had to be collected today, nobody came, I haven´t received any phone call and there is no phone to contact. Trying to raise a query on their site it says " If by any chance collection failed, or courier could not make it in time, please make sure to contact us - we will reschedule collection for next day" Where can we call?

Very good service. In time, with a good portal to follow the evolution of the delivery.
