Generally it is good. Aside from the sticker the ecoparcel gave, there is also a sticker coming from their partner that you have to print and attach. In this, you will have to respond to the email of the third party company and wait for the sticker to be generated and sent to you. It is okay when your parcel is to be picked-up in several days, but if you do not have the liberty of time it is troublesome. When they delivered the luggage, they just dropped it off inside the building and did not ring the bell of the room.

El servicio es eficaz y el paquete llegó sin ninguna dificultad. Me lo recogieron en casa y lo han dejado en el destino sin problema. No le pongo el 5 porque ha tardado algo más de lo que esperaba, pero insisto, sin problemas

Very BAD Service with no customer service. My package was sent in the wrong country(after I investigate , and try to reach the courier),.After I speak trough Ecoparcel platform customer service ,i got a response after 2 weeks.It`s been 2 mounts that I did`t hear anything about my package and they stop replying me on the e-mails that I sent. It`s like a company that don`t exist , I think its a ghost company. Don`t trust these guys,forget about sending anything because it will get lost somewhere in the world and you won`t be able to contact anyone because they don`t have a phone number, email or contact person. Worst company in the world !

I was very worried about the boxes because of the bad reviews I read, however I must say all went well. I would have prefered a message saying when the courrier would have come, but luckily they came in the morning to pick it up. In 3 days I received it again in Italy, all in good shape! I will give four stars so that they improve the customer service (which is basically non existent) and also to make better sure they have good courriers. I was lucky that I had GLS which is very professional, but maybe some others had bad experiences due to bad courier. All in all I feel to suggest it because it was really cheap, easy and quick!

Da settimane sto aspettando un loro cenno per un errore, tra l'altro banale, accaduto dopo una consegna in Belgio. Sembra si siano volatilizzati nel nulla!
