TERRIBLE! Vivo en Londres y mis padres me mandan cajas desde España, empezamos utilizando Ecoparcel porque puedes enviar muchos Kg por un precio muy razonable, pero como dicen, lo barato sale caro. La primera caja que me enviaron desde España a Londres tardó en llegar una eternidad, mirábamos el seguimiento y aparecía que estaba en Alemania!!!! Como no tienen teléfono de contacto es frustrante y muy difícil contactar con ellos y saber que pasa con tu paquete. No obstante tonta de mi decidí darle una segunda oportunidad ya que la primera vez nos cobraron DOBLE y no nos devolvían el dinero... Me volvieron a enviar una segunda caja desde España el Miércoles pasado, estamos a Martes y aún la caja sigue en las oficinas en España, no hay forma de contactar con ellos así que aquí puedo seguir esperando!!! Eso si si te traen el paquete 2 veces y no estas en casa para recogerlo no vuelven a traerlo más y tienes que ir tu a por el! Servicio PESIMO, compensa pagar un poco más y saber que tu paquete va a llegarte!

EDITED: Received my packages from Toulouse, France to Vienna, Austria. Total shipping time is about one week after the pickup. I created a shipping order to ship household objects from Toulouse, France to Vienna, Austria. Order was created more than a week in advance to the pickup date and paid immediately. But nobody showed up on the on the pickup date. Only then I realized they have not listed any phone to contact them for help! Only way to contact them is sending an email, which was not answered for three days. What kind of legitimate business doesn't have a phone line for customer support? I had requested my neighbor to wait at the apartment to handover the packages who was waiting whole day without any response from them. They contacted me immediately after leaving a review here! They picked up the package 2 days later than the contract date, my three lovely neighbors had to coordinate and stay back home to handover the packages. Thy finally picked up the packages two days later. Bottom line is, it is reasonably priced service, but they need to fix their courier contractor and abysmal customer support. I got an email reply to to an inquiry regarding the failure to pickup three days later, stating they are sorry but will be picked up soon, funny part was the packages were picked up one day before I received this email. So there is total communication breakdown in your customer support and logistics department. If you can fix that one can live with that.

It should be ZERO instead! The same issue as majoritys here, lost parcel and no compensation back as everybody is ignoring my emails! People, do not use this company even if you think that its cheep and worth trying, it's not! You will regret as I am doing now. Its a headache fighting for the things that you are entitled to. This is the company who doesnt care the client, they don't have any respect!

Horrible. it should have been delivered in 1-3 days and after 8 days we still didnt have any news about it. NO phone number on display, very difficult to get in touch with. Very disappointing and basically dishonest.

If something goes wrong with the order and you need to cancel it, they keep the money and don't refund you. I'm still waiting for a refund. The policy says 7 working days, that already passed and never seen the money back

I am happy choosing Ecoparcel. I had to ship wine and although company does not take responsibility for such packages, they were very professional and delivered it almost on time, late only couple days! You have my recommendations!

I'm very happy with the service! The pickup was fast and at home! And the delivery just on time, arrived safe and it was much more economic than other services! Totally worth it!

When i had a problem with the time picking and I wrote messages describing it (on Facebook and mail), I received answers on mail after they already picked my parcel and never received answers on Facebook.
