all ok perfect

After writing a review on trustpilot for a delay of 1 week plus not answering to emails, they contacted me apologising and telling me the package would have arrived tomorrow and that the delay was due to an incorrect phone number. Only the phone number was correct and nobody called me, and again the package didn't arrive after I stayed at home waiting for it as they conformed yesterday was the day. That's highly disrespectful!

Always super fast delivery and the track and trace accurate and reliable. I just wished the pick up hour to be more narrowed down as you basically need to be available at that location the whole day as there is no pick up window :). Really good services otherwise!

20 days ago, I use Ecoparcel to send me a parcel from Spain to UK, it was a problem with the address and the caries never did the delivery but he never call me or send me any kind of information about. when I released about what was happening, I TRY to contact them, and I send them a lot emails, only one was answered in this one, "Liza" who I suppose is a worker for the company, she answer me asking my details which are in my ecoparcel account, of course at the moment I send her everything again. Anyway she never reply me again. And now when I see the information of the track, I see that the parcel is in Spain again, but how knows where. I received a horrible service this time, and I can't understand why they do not contact with the customer. Even if you try to call them, you can't find any contact number.

Easy. No problems

My package should have been arrived within 2 between 4 working day. I sent it last monday, therefore on friday it should have been arrived. Today, on tuesday, the package is not here yet. The worst is, however, that there isn't any update at all on the tracking system, and that nobody has been answering for days neither on facebook nor on email, and there isn't any phone contact as well. It can happen, of course, that there is a delay or that a package gets lost, but I have zero information about where the package is right now and why it was not delivered. They should at least let the customers know. After writing this review, they said the delay was due an incorrect phone number. However, we just tried to call this number and my phone number was correct. I don't think therefore this was the reason for the huge delay.

2 collections missed! website makes it hard to receive personal help. still haven't received refund! 3 weeks later. Unacceptable.

They take long to pick up or delivery the parcels. After contacting customer service , they promised to pick up the day after but failed again. Lost time and money as I've been waiting almost a week for the parcel to be shipped. And of course had to stay all week in my office waiting, without being able to go out with fear they come and I'm not there... This is not the first time that happened, I tried to give them a second, a third chance but now It's enough.
