I spent two days at home waiting for the collection and finally my boxes were collected delayed one day at 18:30, so imagine if you asked at work for two days off (non paid). Finally both of my parcels arrived ok. I contacted customer service about the delay on the collection but they only apologised. I would recommend people to have that in mind, as they say they will collect your parcel next day but it can be easily in two days (two wasted days of your time). Regretfully, next time I will look for another company.

The package had obviously been bashed - the paper covering the parcel had been ripped. I expected more from a service that cost me nearly €25 for a relatively small package (42 x 18 x 12 cm, 1 kg).

My package was delivered on time and I got updates of parcel status to my mail continuously. And the price was under 1/4 of other bigger companies. They are a web-based parcel company, i.e you can´t call customer service, but that is part of why they are so much cheaper than the bigger courier companies. I contacted them through their facebook page, and got a very good service and information.

My contact wasn't there to pick up the package, but the courier sent a pickup location - so they got it fairly quickly! About 3 days after picking up the package (NL - PL).

EL paquete fue recogido el día pactado, y llego a casa con dos días de retraso respecto a lo previsto, en perfectas condiciones. Muy buenos precios para el servicio que ofrecen. Lo único, añadir que sería útil que llamasen por teléfono para concretar una hora aproximada de recogida/entrega del paquete.

I don't understand why so many horrible reviews. I shipped 4 parcels by now to different countries and never had any serious problems. To be fair, the only thing that's can cause some trouble is that the courier may be a day late to pick up. But hey, if you live in Italy you're used to that attitude, and Ecoparcel cannot really change that- they work with partners as I understand. Would definitely recommend to everyone (just have one day extra to pick up just in case)

I was moving from Italy to Germany and decided to use Ecoparcel to send a huge box which I cannot carry back to Germany. I sent it on Thursday April 2, it arrived on April 8. Considering that it was Easter weekend, I am pleased to get it in a week's time. Thank you!
