Înapoi la toate recenziileThis is the worst delivery company I have ever used. Their website says any enquiry will be answered in 24h. NOT TRUE Package cannot be tracked and if they try to deliver your parcel they don't even leave a note to let you know that they have been there. You cannot call them to any number. They ask for your telephone number but I don't know why because I provided 2 different ones and they never contact you! I have been waiting nearly a month for My parcel. Fist I was told my address was wrong, and it wasn't (I even wrote the address in each side of the parcel) Secondly, they tell me they are going to try to deliver it again one day, I ask a family member to wait at home all day and no one tried to deliver it. And then without giving me any information they try to deliver it the next day apparently -anytime between 8am and 6pm- People has lives and they cannot be everyday waiting at home 10 hours!!! So wasn't received. They don't even leave a note saying they have been there or where you can collect the delivery from or even a telephone to ring.nothing Lastly, Days after I suddenly I get an email saying my parcel was received by the consignee... But It wasn't. I contacted customer service and I was told it was received but that they will check what happened. GUESS WHAT? Never heard anything else back from them. A week after I decide to contact them, then I am told that the box is going to be returned to the sender!!! A MONTH LATER AND THEY SEND THE PARCEL TO THE SENDER. They really wasted my time. I still don't know what happened with my package. Still waiting for it! I would not recommend anyone to use this company. There are lots of delivery companies even cheaper that do a MUCH BETTER JOB with better communication. I wish I would have known this before.
