Fast and parcel in good conditions

I placed several orders on Ecoparcel, and everytime everything went well. All my package arrived, on time, safely and with no damage. It did happen that one time I had a minor problem but the costumer service has been really helpful and very patient with me, guiding me towards the best possible solution. I would recommend them to everyone

Absolutely horrific company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Mainly because there is no service, there is nobody to contact. I emailed and facebooked the company multiple times and never received a response. In the end I received somebody else's package and not my own. When I say I received somebody else's package, I mean it was left outside my doorstep in south east London. This still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE.

Quality service

I sent a luggage from Budapest to Italy. It took 4 working days with GLS company. the price is good compare with others.

I sent a box from Spain to Czech Republic. They came to pick it up on Thursday and I received it on Wednesday. The only little complain I have is that one of the sides of the box had a slit. Luckily I had nothing inside so small to fall.

I will tell you my experience with Ecoparcel. I made a request to send a box on April 12, I said they would pick it up on the 14th, but they did not until the 18th. On the day of the pickup, I reported that the box arrived in a maximum of two days. Well, today, April 28 (after 16 days) I still have not got my box. Worst of all is that in the tracking of the package appears for more than a week that the box is in Belgium. He wrote like 5 or 6 messages to the company and no one answers me, and there is no phone to call. A box that I can say is valued at more than 1000 €. I still have no answer and I do not know what else to do ...

Muy buen trato, falta un poco más de rapidez en el envío.
