Incase of delivery time and price i m perfectly happy but they dont deliver door to door as their customer service told me they do but reality is diffrent no help was their while collecting or delevering. so keep in mind if u send heavy luggeges like me. they broke wheels of my luggeges too.

The only not-so-positive aspect is the wide time frame within which the parcel can be picked up and delivered; knowing only the date but not the estimated time can be very inconvenient. Otherwise, a great service.

The boxes were not collected on the date that was confirmed and I received no notification about it nor anyone replied to my email. When the courier arrived for collection, I had to handle the boxes as they were big and he was not really willing to carry them. I was leaving the country and this affected seriously my leave and some other things I had to deal with.

Was so quick!! At the beginning I felt a bit insecure because the guy who came to my house to pick up the box did not bring the sticker with the information, he just pick up the box and that's it. But everything was perfect anyway. Delivery in just one day, I was not at home and they call me to tell me they will come next day again! I will use it again!

The overall service is good but the online platform needs improvements: an alert message on the pick-up date before proceeding would have saved me requests to cancel the order and refund. I contacted the Customer Service which is operating fine since I saw my requests executed but did not really receive any message in between which kept me wondering for a couple of days if I had to place another order. The pick-up date changed automatically when proceeding through the order itself which is not something I could imagine as I have experienced this nowhere else on the Net.. Overall I'd recommend this platform to friends as it is price-competitive and with some warnings on how the procedure works, so far seemed to be the best option to send packages.
