I am not at all happy with this service, the courier turned up at the specified collection address and didn't ring the bell or call the mobile and just left a card saying he had called. My friend had waited in all day and now I cannot contact anybody at Ecoparcel because they have no contact number or any other way of getting in touch. They haven't even contacted me to inform me. So because of the lack of competence and customer care I would not ever use this company again. My parcel is now left in limbo and I don't know what will happen now!! ......very unhappy!

Everything was perfect!

The timing was fine but one of my boxes was completely damaged. The inside was also broken and I put everything but fragile stuff. So I do not understand how this could have happened. I would ask for refund or the insurance because I had to throw away my stuff. Anyway I cannot complain about the timing since it was precise.

Good service for reasonable money!

I received my box on Monday Afternoon, some days later than expected as it spent 2 days in Spain, 5 in Belgium an then 1 in the UK (the final destination was London); the content of the box was mainly food so with this delay some items were not eatable anymore, but the main issue is related with the conditions of the box on its arrival, as it was completely ripped in one of the sides, as a result two food packages were completely destroyed and everything was a mess in at least a quarter of the box (I had to spend one hour cleaning every single product one by one). I have order several times this kind of services from different companies and I have never received such a poor service in any of them.
