It was wonderful. I'd recommend the company to everyone. The package took 3 days, from England to Spain. It was collected at home and deliveried at home. Thank you to the good service.

I'm using ecoparcel for 3-rd time I would say that the things are getting better :) The only recomendation is to put the details of the delivery courier like tracking number or at least to point the courier in order to be able to get in contact with them.

Thank you for your quick and efficient service i will use the service again and also pass the company on as a recommendation. Yaad.

The biggest problem was with the pick up and delivery timing, although they do not guarantee a specific time for each, you only realize how bad it is when you have a large pack to send; in our case, we were on the third floor without a lift, we were expecting the courier to call at least a few minutes before so that we could take the package down the stairs, we had not sealed the pack so that we could take the contents separately (we had a total of 100kg to ship) and seal the boxes downstairs. But without any prior notice, our doorbell rang and the courier was really angry that we did not have the boxes downstairs so I paid him extra to help us bring down the boxes. We had a similar experience with receiving the the package, my wife had to stay in the house for three days waiting for it to arrive.

Delivery was fast and correct. Hovever the tracking iformation updated slowly.

Very very fast , they come on tuesday and the pack arrived on saturday...it would be great if they allow you to choose the time of the pick up

I placed my order and was quoted 8 days delivery, economy rate, the parcel was collected and delivered in 4 days, no problem.

Unacceptable. I won't recommend anyone to use this service. Yes it could work well, maybe even in most cases. BUT if you are any bit of unlucky, your parcel will be delivered to a person you don't even know. AND the customer service is totally useless. There's absolutely nothing you can do if you happen to be unlucky with it. They won't answer your email, they won't help you find your lost parcel, of course there is no refund or any sort of insurance. It is a joke. Seriously. If you trust your luck, or the parcel is not too important you can give it a try. BUT please be prepared to lost your stuff and your money and your temper for it. Because for me it turned out to be ridiculous.
