Brilliant easy to use service and a lot cheaper than competitors. Would certain recommend and use again

They said my parcel has been delivered but the person never received it! I contacted them almost three days ago to see what's happening. Still no reply even though they say they'll reply within 24 hours. Yesterday I also sent them a message on facebook and again no reply! Working hours are from 10-4pm. I sent the message around 3pm but they were offline. Go figure!!! I will never use this company again!! Definitely do not recommend!!!!!!

Overall a great service, but booking only gets 3 stars cos I had a problem with the address form on the website, one field, the postcode kept disapearing!

Their agent GLS collected the parcel on 12/12/2017 to be delivered to Belgium estimated 15/12/2017. The parcel has so far been to Germany, Hungary (2sites) and on to Varna, Bulgaria where it was put on a van for delivery. Now seeing as it is addressed to a town in Belgium, it is hardly surprising that the driver could not find the address in Varna, Bulgaria! I have been sending Ecoparcel messages endlessly to try to ascertain what is going on. The tracking now says it has left Varna, Bulgaria destination unknown. The package has/had three address labels on it all stating Belgium so why is it going on a European tour. Ecoparcel have not responded to any of my messages and sooner or later I will have refund the recipient and claim for the lost parcel. How I will achieve this I do not know as they do not communicate. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS THEY COMMUNICATE WHEN THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AFTER THAT FORGET IT.

I've tried for first time eco parcel to move my stuff from Ireland to italy and I was very happy with the service. The Collection was punctual, as well as the delivery. Definitely recommended.

Another case of them not collecting a parcel! Moreover they lying on the parcel status saying that it has been collected!!! Really?? I stayed all day long at my flat and nobody rang the bell...and you have my phone number but nobody called me. This is truly the worst parcel delivery company I ever dealt with. AVOID and GO TO THE COMPETITION!!

Spedizione economica, peccato non sia specificato l’orario di ricezione del pacco. Va imballato molto bene perché può essere abbastanza maltrattato.

Don't use this service!! They cancelled my collection because apparently I "was absent" even thouugh I waited all day long for them to come, and I did not even get a phone call when they "came for collection" because my phone number was not from the same country I wanted the box to be collected. Abusive prices, lack of any kind of empathy or seriousness or commitment.
