I sent a packet from Spain to Sweden, and the day before the picking up, the delivery company called me to make an appointment for the picking up next day, so that I would not have to be the whole at home waiting for them. They came exactly at the time they said, and the delivery in Sweden was also on the day they said. I had no problem at all, and the service was pretty good. I would definetely recommend it!

What I liked most is the respect of customers' time! the office calls you in advance and tells about predictable hours of picking up. The boxes are not damaged and were in destination country in 72 hours ( the day of picking up is not included). Even when an addressee is not available for receive the packs, the delivery brings it next days.

Shipment from Spain to Holland, it was picked up on Monday and delivered on Friday, so acceptable timing. Thanks Ecoparcel!

I sent my suitcase from London to Ljubljana, and it was supposed to be 120 hours = 5 days. It took 10 days instead. So, if you really rely on your parcel, then it\s a bit stressful not to know when you are getting it.

My bag arrived in one piece and within the time limit I was expecting. Ecoparcel try to keep that up, older reviews don't seem that good but for my case you performed the service well.

I waited a bit for the parcel collection, but it was delivered in less than 48 hours.

I'm very pleased with this service, in which I sent a package from Italy to Portugal in 5 days, with a very low price. I will recommend this service to anyone.

I heard about this company from a friend, who used it and he didn't had troubles. He had to send some boxes from Czech Republic to England. This time I needed to send a box to Portugal ( I'm in Czech Republic), and of course I read so many negative feedbacks. I agree that the company should create a line support for clients, because we feels better if we could speak with someone, than waiting for a email. But I gave it a try, and I'm very happy with the service. Also, I wanted to cancel one shipment, and it was very easy to do. The money was refunded immediately so I could place a new order . I recommend it.
