I've used Ecoparcel twice now, to send parcels from Spain to England & England to Spain. Very easy to use, both items were collected and delivered on time and I received emails confirming. One parcel had been completely repacked, it was a set of books, perhaps the box was weak. No mention or charge was made and the repacking was prefect. The costs are amazing reasonably. The costs for the main courier companies are prohibitive but this was very affordable.

Good service but the time was not the one promissed. Instead of 2-4 days estimated it took 6 business days. The prices are very fair.

I recommend Ecoparcel to everyone who wants to send a luggage! :-) It is fast and cheap! All you have to do is create an account and place an order. You can also choose the pick up date and it will arrive in maximum 5 days to any address you want. It is also very important to mention that the luggage is picked up from your door and delivered to the other one. So no need to leave the house and go I don't know where to receive it. ;-) And during the transit period you can check every step of the way to see where you luggage is! As I moved from country to country, it was not easy to carry my big luggage from the airport to the place where I lived so a friend recommended me this company and since then ecoparcel is there for me when I am in need! Do not hesitate and try it to your next destination abroad! :-D

Without any doubt a brilliant service at a fraction of the cost of many other large courier services. Booking was easy and I was able to view the tracking of my parcel every step of the way. I was first sceptical reading al lot of negative reviews, but having had to do my move from Spain to England and not wanting to carry 15 parcel (each 20 kg) to the post office, I decided to go for it anyway. And I didn't regret it in any sense!! 1st- door to door service. They picked up the parcels at my 5th floor flat, (no elevator and narrow staircase), 30 degrees outside temperature! The spanish driver Isaac was incredibly helpful leaving his number, asking me to call if I should have such a big amount again. 2nd- tracking system. I loved the fact to see where the parcels are. Sure, ecoparcel won't call you for delivery, but therefore you get informed by the tracking status "out for delivery". 3rd - speed. It is as fast as it says on the web (3-5days). Spain -England took in our case 4 working days. 4th - state of parcels. We had quite bad experience alreday with postal services, with wet and open parcels, where content was damaged or even missing. Not here. Pack it accordingly and the receiver will get it in a very good state. 5th - customer service. I had so many questions as it was the first time ordering with them, every single one was answered within 24 hours. Thank you Melissa! 6th - price. Traditional postal service is far away from the quotes you get there! Can't beat that. The only thing you should be aware of - bring some time! As ecoparcel says on their webpage, they collect and deliver between 8 am and 6pm and don't give you a call ahead. You might spend a lot of time waiting, but in my case of that big load it was totally worth it.

good service between Italy and Sweden, unfortunately there have been problem just when the parcels were going through Spain before to reach the final destination, but when parcels were sent through Germany the service was perfect.
