Very easy , good service,great value, would diffident recommend...

I always recommend using this system for parcel sending. Customer service is always perfect, and I would like to say thank you to the local Swedish partner because I had a problem and they solved it instantly.

I was living in France and needed to send a parcel to Italy. I came across Ecoparcel, which also appears to be the only affordable company in France when one needs to send heavy parcels abroad. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try: everything went smoothly. They came to collect the parcel the day after I did the order (no need to put any labels, which to be honest worried me a bit) and the parcel arrived safely exactly 4 (working) days later. Wonderful service. I will definitely use it again

I chose Ecoparcel because of good reviews from colleagues and friends. I shipped 5 boxes from Sweden to Spain. There were some problems with the spanish courier which canceled the first delivery but everything arrived the day after. Apart from this inconvenient that caused some delay I still recommend Ecoparcel which answered promptly to my emails and assured that the parcels were successfully delivered.

My experience with ecoparcel is fantastic, only a minor hiccup when it comes to the delivery end, since the process is not always flawless if the receiver is not available at the moment the carrier arrives. In this case, they let the info to go to a shop nearby, but the parcel was not there and it took a couple of days to contact the carrier, check where the parcel was and agree on the new delivery date. Then from there it went smooth as usual.

I was bit sceptical, but I guess, that is normal, if everything is good, people don't write reviews, but I will! Delivered on time, (2 days from UK to ES) Really nice. Thank you:)

Very fast just in time. Everything was ok. Perfect if you're moving on to another country for sending clothes or some personal things.

Right on time but unfortunately the express courier only left a paper for where I have to go to take my parcel and he didn't ring the bell. But everything perfect! Thanks eco parcel
