Great service!. I sent a 26 kg parcel on a Friday from England and it got to its destination (Spain) on a Wednesday - quicker than I expected! You know where your parcel is at any moment because it is possible to track your order on the web page. Also, they send you emails to keep you updated (when the parcel was collected, when it is out for delivery, etc.) I will definitely use Ecoparcel again! I100% recommendable :)

Very satisfied!/Väldigt nöjd!. My package was delivered on time and I got updates of parcel status to my mail continuously. And the price was under 1/4 of other bigger companies. They are a web-based parcel company, i.e you can´t call customer service, but that is part of why they are so much cheaper than the bigger courier companies. I contacted them through their facebook page, and got a very good service and information.

Great service!. My 2 packages were sent from Slovakia to Italy. They arrived in one week without damage (even if in one online tracking was written "damaged"...I don't know why). I highly recommend Ecoparcel! Cheap and reliable!

Very good service - Everything as promised. I have used Ecoparcel several times to send stuff to/from different countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain, UK, Ireland. Deliveries were always on time. Very satisfied with this service.

Great service and cheap. I sent a big package from Sweden to Italy, I got the cheapest price for the dimensions of my box. Charging the EcoBalance is easy and fast with a credit card, but it must be done before filling all the shipping details or you will have to fill them again. The courier came on the day I had requested and the package arrived in the city on the day they had estimated. I don't know why the courier said that they tried to deliver it but didn't succeed, when in fact they never did. It arrived the next day. I'm very satisfied with their service and I will use it again for sure. Highly recommended!
