The worst company ever! The system didn't even inform me which company was supposed to come for pick-up. They didn't show up on collection day which was Friday. And I was moving to another country on Tuesday. So, on my last day in the country, Monday, I had to call every single company in the country and ask them if they were supposed to pick up a package in my name in my address. I was finally about to find the company and begged them to pick it up on the same day since I was moving to another country the next morning. The company was kind enough to pick-up on same day but they couldn't give me a receipt since they didn't have it with them. I didn't have a collection receipt or anything for the whole process. I will never ever use the ecoparcel.eu in my life. This sucks. They caused me to spend 2 full days for their non-sense and those were my last days in that country. Very stressful. I don't even know if everything will be delivered without damage.

Fast collection and quite quick delivery! However, the communication with Ecoparcel is quite poor. There should be a phone number for easy contact..

Non responsive customer service

Fast, cheap and easy. I absolutely recommend to use this service, in 3 days the parcel was at the destination in perfect conditions.

The boxes were delayed for three weeks. The shipping address, they sent me to different pickups every two days they left me by email, an address went the next day and those boxes were never there and so on constantly for a week afterwards it took three weeks to receive the boxes as I said, and When I finally received my boxes, one arrived in an unpresentable state, completely broken and cracked on all sides, full of electrical tape, when I myself took care of packing the boxes correctly, and the other arrived in another shipment later. Add to all this that there is no telephone number to contact ecoparcel, we went through all this without any support from the company.
