smooth experience, a bit long shipment time. Problemless pick up and the rest of the process. The only thing I can complain about is that it took longer to deliver - 11 days - than promised (5 to 7 days).

Thank you, Michal, and the criticism is fair.
We checked the shipment: collected on 7 September, at the collection point in Estonia on 18 September and picked up on 19 September. That is around eleven days against an estimate of five to seven, so the delay you describe is real. Spain to Estonia is one of the longer road corridors we run, and on this occasion the linehaul took longer than the estimate allowed for.
We are glad the collection and the rest of the process went without problems, and we hope the next one arrives inside the window.

Delivery was quick however the parcel was left in my garden and only noticed after a day that is there. Delivery was quick collection as well however the delivery guy left it in the back garden of the delivery address and they only found it second day what if was raining the item was going to be damaged.No note left in the mail either.

Problems scheduling the shipment. I am not sure if this review should be for Ecoparcel or GLS. The packages were handled by GLS in the last part and I didn't get any email about the shipment. They were just delivered in the hall of my building with no previous notification. I don't know who should be take care of thay part, but I was not totally satisfied with the service. In general it was quite quick and not so expensive.

Thank you, Agnese, and the question of who is responsible is a fair one. The answer is us: we booked the shipment, so the whole journey is our responsibility, including the final delivery.
We checked the order. All four parcels were delivered, two on 14 September and two on 16 September. Delivery notifications on the final leg are sent by the local delivery partner using the contact details on the booking, so if no email reached you, it is worth checking that the recipient email and phone number were entered correctly. Leaving parcels in a building hall without any notice is not what we expect, and we will raise it with the delivery partner.
