• A commercial invoice - this document, sometimes also called a Customs declaration, is required by the British government for every shipment leaving the Kingdom and entering the EU.
• A designated EORI number - this unique ID is mandated as a means of tracking your shipment while it's within EU territory.

As a member of the Union, Portugal follows pretty strict rules on what can and cannot be imported to the country.
