I ordered 29th June and delivery was 16.40 July10th. Total rubbish. The courier used, GLS, do not update their website regularly or , worse still, do not answer telephone calls. Melissa from Ecoparcel was as helpful as she could be but when a service is basically a broker it is dependent on the courier they choose. I can honestly say that, despite my best efforts to make contact, GLS are totally useless. My parcel arrived in Dublin and was on a van for delivery July 7th but never made it to its destination. Why???? Probably the weekend was looming and had more importance than a customer. I emailed GLS, to no avail. Unfortunately Ecoparcel, choosing you next time will not be possible because of your choices.

All perfectly arranged, pick up and delivery exemplary, the most friendly people on all levels, the transparent tracking system is extremely convenient and reassuring. Best service ever, thank you so much!

The parcel arrived fine. However, the collection-process was very unsatisfactory. In my order, collection date was specified as 4. July. Now, ecoparcel says couriers will arrive between 8am and 6pm - so I stayed home for this time. No courier arrived. Naturally, I wanted to contact ecoparcel. This, however, proved difficult as the entire 'help'-tab of their website did not work (I tried two different browsers). Eventually, I just contacted them on facebook. I got a really fast reply even though it was after hours - so thumbs up for that. The customer service said they did not know why my parcel had not been collected, but assured me that it would be collected tomorrow then. At this point, I wasn't quite trusting the site anymore, so I did not stay home until 6pm the next day. This was the right move, as no courier came then either. Finally, on thursday (original collection was scheduled for tuesday), I got an EMAIL informing me that collection would happen today.... I did not even know I should expect an email as confirmation. And I think it's pretty obvious that people will not await an email confirming collection when it explicitly says 'collection date xxx' in the order-confirmation. Additionally, the customer service could definitely have told me I'd only need to stay home if such an email arrived. So I, personally, was not exactly satisfied with this whole experience, but will say that ecoparcel does provide a cheap and - apart from the collection-date issues - good service.

I always use this company, they are reliable and deliver quickly. Never had a problem. Recommend to everyone
