I know about the bad reviews about Ecoparcel, still I packed very well my box and it arrived perfect! It was picked up on the selected data and delivered one day before the expected date. It was a big box of 21kg, and the package was not damaged.

Excellent service throughout, parcel collected as promised and delivered as promised. Customer service first class. Courier my end friendly and courteous despite collecting in atrocious weather conditions! I'll be using Ecoparcel.eu all the time from now on. Great firm.

Really good company to send stuff, cheap and pretty fast

I always did my part cel with ecoparcel but I’m disappointed now because the delivery man don’t come up to my house door to pick up the parcel we always ask me to bringing him down and today I revived a parcel and even don’t call me to my house just left down in the man entrance of the building

Same story....I paid for an insurance that does not exist. I also sending emails to Ecoparcel in order to be compensated for the damages, but they do not answer after 1 month!!!!

The service is good but the tracking is really a joke. Please don't tell me just what I already know!

ECOPARCEL IS A COMPANY OF INCOMPETENTS! DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER, THE OFFICE IN LONDON DOES NOT EXIST AND THEIR SITE IS A SCAM! THERE ARE THREE MONTHS I AM WAITING FOR A REFUND BUT THESE CROOKS DO NOT RESPOND TO THE EMAIL I HAVE SENT. I HAVE SENT A LETTER OF FORMAL NOTICE WITH MY LAWYER BUT THE LETTER HAS RETURN BACK BECAUSE THEIR OFFICE IS INEXISTENT !! I REPORTED THIS SCAM ALSO TO THE ENGLISH POLICE.

Every thing ok, but it would help to know a more aproximate time of delivery

I've arranged a expedition from Italy. The place to pick up was the clinic of my sistr and father , so it was opened and with plenty of people who knew there was a courier coming for the package, The courier didn't show up at all and it was marked as "nobody home". After that they rearrange the pick up for monday, without consulting me as the company policy says. Fortunately the clinic was opened all day, with inside many people aware of the courier coming to pick up and again NOBODY SHOWN UP. That's the worst expedition service ever. Thanks Ecoparcel, you have lost a customer for your lack of professionality.
