I have received a package today which was opened and re-packed, which is not something I would expect any serious company to do.Nobody has mentioned that there was a problem with my package and it had to be repacked. Even when it was delivered. I have received and sent many packages with eco-parcel and it was the first time ever that my package was opened!!!! I would expect the goods to arrive even if they are broken as a prove that you did not go through my package or taken any items within it. Note! I got the refund the next day and the customer service was quick to answer my e-mail!

The deliver was excellent, no problems and the sending was according to the dates.

I got my parcel in four days which I appreciate. However it is extremely frustrating not to know exactly at what time and which day it is going to arrive. I had to spend 4 full days at home doing nothing but waiting for the parcel. It is very unconvenient Maybe a phone number for customer service would be nice and a better schedule of tracking the parcels. Some delivery services (such as fedex) manage to provide the day and the hour of the delivery. I guess it can also be possible for ecoparcel to do so. The customers will be much happier and the reviews much nicer.

Very bad service. For ten days they delete my orders and no one was answering to me...no one. After 21 days finally someone came and they sent me a message.

Unfortunately, when you are close to pay, filling the information about the delivery, it was not clear that the day you have to choose is the day when the postman comes to pick your pack, and not the day when you have to take your pack at your home/city post-office. If it's your first time, and you are not an expert of this type of booking, you can miss this little important detail, and then you have to wait 4 days more before the postman comes to take the pack (and you can't change your booking details after the payment!).
