No Problems, all perfect!

DO NOT book with this company!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I had to move country and booked two parcels for one day. They never showed up and ignore my messages. I already had to take my flight but my parcels are still in my old flat after 5 working days. All they do is making excuses with the reason there was a "lack of time". Now I have to organize another company and friends to pick up my parcels because they cannot stay there. I have no one to contact and they already got my money!

Extremely easy pick-up and delivery. Received my parcel from Denmark to Germany in only 2 days, despite the advised time being 3-6 days. Very impressed.

I'm sending several boxes in different days. The first 3 arrived quickly and safely. All is good except: it's impossible to get in contact with them! I've tried FB, direct email, phone in London. Nobody answers! I had to change something that was wrong in the second order and it's impossible to get any help. Not a real call center (not one actually), no assistance at all. You open a ticket, but you don't get answers and you don't know what to do. It's a great service, but this is really annoying. So be sure: do not make any mistakes is placing the order. Also: waiting all day for the pickup can be a problem, it will be much easier at least to choose between morning or afternoon.

Lineas generales bien. Mejorar: El mensajero tanto para la recogida como para la entrega, deberia contactar telefónicamente con el remitente/receptor, con antelacion a la hora de recogida/entrega, acordando un margen de tiempo (maximo 2 horas). Ello evitaria muchos trastornos.

Very good service. Easy to follow the parcel to destination. Parcel in good shape.

I totally recommend ecoparcel. I send a parcel to Italy and I have it there in only four days. All things arrive perfect.

La empresa de transporte no ha pasado a recoger el paquete en la fecha contratada y ni han contactado para avisar pese a tener el número de teléfono. No hay forma de contactar directamente con la empresa, por lo que la atención al cliente es muy lenta en la respuesta. Ya me están causando un gran trastorno. A ver que solución dan. (actualizado): Al día siguiente dicen que pasarán a recogerlo tan pronto como puedan, pero no pasan tampoco el 29 y parece que no lo harán jamás pues sin avisar y de forma unilateral han cancelado el contrato y devuelto el importe pagado, todo ello sin un aviso, explicación o disculpa. PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y LAMENTABLE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. Me voy a plantear una presentar denuncia por incumplimiento de contrato y reclamar una compensación por ello. ADVERTENCIA A LOS QUE SE PLANTEEN CONTRATAR SUS SERVICIOS: NO LO HAGAN!!!!! Contraten a otra, que hay muchas.

Servizio efficiente. Pagato il venerdì , dall'Italia il pacco è arrivato in Spagna il giovedì. Solo due buchetti, per il resto perfetto!
