They take long to pick up or delivery the parcels. After contacting customer service , they promised to pick up the day after but failed again. Lost time and money as I've been waiting almost a week for the parcel to be shipped. And of course had to stay all week in my office waiting, without being able to go out with fear they come and I'm not there... This is not the first time that happened, I tried to give them a second, a third chance but now It's enough.

I wrote my review few weeks ago that this is horrible company! They lost my parcel and now I am waiting for my compensation since January... They ignore all your emails and if you receive one it will be usless because all they will say that your claim is still with claim department... ( if my compensation takes few month and its still with claim department imagine how many complains they have?! How much money they need to return to people?!) I agree with the reviews below that the majory of good coments are fake because I know many people that they are still waiting for the compensations or refunds. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

Great service. Excellent price. Delivery from Finland to Portugal in 5 days. Amazing!

Courier pick up the parcels 3 days latter, after a lot of calls to GLS, ecoparcel do not answer to my emails. I hope the parcel will be delivery in time..... but I am very sceptical.
