Il call center di ecoparcel continua a non rispondere alla mail riguardo il risarcimento del pacco smarrito. Vi avviso che ho inviato lettera legale di messa in mora e se non verrò risarcito partirà denuncia legale alla procura europea. Ho contattato anche il SIg. Celkonas (direttore di Ecoparcel?) e non ho ricevuto risposta neanche da lui.

I do not recommend this company at all. They lost one of my boxes beginning of September. I should have a refund but no news from their customer service. It gives the impression that they do all they can to not refund me. 3 months that I am expecting a refund. It is unacceptable. It is the first time in my life I had such a bad experience with a company.

The delivery was very quick and the parcel was in perfect condition. Would use Ecoparcel again.

From a small town in Germany to London in 3-4 days (parcels arrived Thursday evening and then Friday morning). A couple of my mugs and teapots were cracked but that was my fault for not packaging it properly. It's definitely important to reinforce the boxes and protect anything fragile by wrapping it up very well. However, the boxes arrived quickly and the couriers even helped carry all of the boxes up 4 floors of stairs. Great price.

Great service!The only small minus is you can't know what time courier will pick you package but other than that, good prices, fast delivery and you don't have to go anywhere to send your package.

Goods arrived safely, delivery time could have been faster.

They didn't show up on the day they should have collected our parcels. We emailed them explaining that collection should happen then in a different address, because we live no more in the initial flat. They said we needed to cancel that order and process a new one. The funny thing is that 4 days after that they haven't canceled our order, so they still have our money (quite a lot, by the way), and our parcels have not been delivered. Even more, they have tried to use one trick to blame us about that situation. After all of that they emailed us saying that we were absent from home when they tried to collect the parcel!!! But they did it so bad that they didn't even put the correct day in the email!!! (that in the order it is correct, by the way). So frustrating and annoying, because the only way to contact them is by email and they don't reply, or try to play games with us. Obviously I would not recommend this service to anyone and I will make sure I share my experience with everyone I know
