Transporation took 4 days
The service its a disaster I contracted their services three times and the 3 times I had problems. The first time the package was delayed more than 2 weeks. The second and third time, I contracted the service of home to home and they did whatever they wanted and left the huge package in a shop that was not even close to my house. I would not have contracted a service to carry a huge package if then I have to carry it by myself, what is the point? Very unhappy with the service!

Good afternoon,
As the delivery address provided was not a residential address but a student dormitory, and the parcel weight was recorded as 5.01 kg, the courier attempted to contact the consignee prior to delivery.
As there was no response, the parcel was redirected to the nearest parcel shop for collection.

After failing to collect the parcel, they simply cancelled my order and charged me for nothing. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. I will never use this service again, and will make sure my friends stay away from them. Scammers.

Previously, your last three orders were collected without any issues by the same courier. However, there was a difficulty with the most recent order.
The same courier successfully collected parcels on:
• 16 Dec 2025 at 13:44 - Handed over by DANIIL
• 10 Dec 2025 at 13:01 - Handed over by DANIIL
For your latest shipment, the courier attempted collection on two occasions:
• 19 Dec 2025 at 14:44 - No answer by phone, no one opens the door.
• 22 Dec 2025 at 13:46 - No answer by phone.
Couriers follow preset daily routes, so collections in your area typically take place at approximately the same time in the afternoon.
The shipper was absent, payee havent purchased the Flexible Cancellation. Courier has wasted two days and two collection attempts - refund is not possible.
Additionally, the courier sent an email and/or SMS with a tracking link and live location to help coordinate the collection.
It was ok really, it took 1 week for the package to arrive, can it anyhow be faster? Once it arrived to GSL in Spain they called me to say they don't know the address but the address was well indicated on the box (by hand by me) and also there was a printed sticker with the address but they said it doesn't say which apartment it is, so maybe to have a chat with them about it

Transporation took 5 days
The last two shipments were a disaster. The consignment from Czech Republic was delivered several days late. The shipment from Portugal to Czech Republic was also delayed, and despite the 2 boxes being part of the same order, one arrived on Friday and the other on Monday. I believe the problem is with GLS, the delivery company. I have made many purchases through this ECOparcel in the past - at least 3 or 4 per year... it's time to change. The stress of waiting is too much.
