Even if the cost is below the average of other similar service, I can say that the service is barely accetable. I had problems with the courier in Italy (it was SDA) and they couldn't find a way to solve the problem so I had to wait three days in a row waiting for the courier to collect my parcel. The tracking service is totally insufficient: there are no specifications on where the parcel actually is (they only say INBOUND\OUTBOUD with the name of the country where the parcel is). Their customer care is not bad: sometimes they answer to your email twice, saying different things. Still I can't understand why they don't have a phone number for emergencies. I have sent package in the UK several times and this was the one with more problem, luckily the parcel arrived and with no damage.

Thank you very much for your service. I am really happy with Ecoparcel. The service has been so easy, one of the cheapest (that you can find) and super fast. Only in three days, i have my parcel in London from Brussels. One more time, thank you.

I sent a parcel from Ireland to Catalonia with Ecoparcel. The parcel was about 5kg, and I just paid 26€. Also, it arrived on time and with no signs of friction.

I sent 2 parcels from Finland to Slovakia. Before collection I got SMS notification, and they came in time. Before delivery I got a phone call. Because of the lots of bad reviews I was really afraid that I will never see my parcels again, but everything was all right. I got my parcels in perfect condition and in time. Good service for good price.

Despite several mistakes made by myself, mainly due to not reading the rules, my parcel got delivered from Spain to England, thanks to the patience, persistence and advice from Larry in the Ecoparcel office. Thanks guys, great job - I will use your service again, but will be more observant next time.

I sent 2 packets from Great Britain, one to Germany and one to Spain, on the same day. The personnel Ecoparcel sent me put the wrong addhesive in the wrong box, so I ended in Germany with a packet sent to Spain, and vice-versa. I tried to contact them by e-mail. No answer at all. Tried all the phones given for customer attention, no answer at all. Edited: Finally they solved my problem (and for free). They contacted me, and within a week everithing was solved. Very polite customer attention service. They take their time to contact you, but when they do, they do very well their job. I cannot complain at all about them

Amazing customer support! I was quite anxious at the beginning as I've never moved my belongings between countries. But Larry answered all my questions on facebook messenger and did so in good time. Delivery was within 1 week as promised. Good job! :-)

Hi this was the first time I used your ecoparcel service and I had an important parcel containing Wrestling boots needed by the buyer in Madrid Spain and posted by me to him with your firm fro Algarve Portugal. After being let down on many occasions by other delivery companies in the past I had my doubts about pickup but when I emailed your firm a polite man called Larry put my mind at ease and confirmed pickup and delivery would go smoothly. It did and the boots were there in double quick time for him to fight in. Thanks to all your staff and to Larry for a great and super value service. Kind regards Kevin Spencer.

I really liked the quality of service supplied. Transportation went without any problem, and I had some questions, and Larry helped me right away. Looking forwarding using ecoparcel in the future. :))

Recently shipped a rather big (~10kg) box with Ecoparcel and it was a very pleasant experience yet again. I have used this service a couple of times before, and never encountered any big problems, only once the parcel collection was delayed by one day. Not that it mattered though. This shipment was very easy as well. The courier collected at around 10am, and the online tracking started in the afternoon. I was able to track it on their new website the whole time, and it even reached the destination a day early!. By the way, kudos to finally launching a good new website, Ecoparcel! I have to say, even for a person like me (with rather limited IT knowledge), the new Eco is really easy to use. Everything is nice an simple, plus the design is pretty. Overall, a good experience. Will definitely use again, most likely for Christmas!
