I have had a few issues in the past not the fault of Ecoparcel. Emailing Ecoparcel customer services with the parcel reference as subject has always fixed the problem - excellent customer service! Not the only company offering good prices but I will stick with Ecoparcel because I trust my parcel is in good hands. I only wish they would expand beyond Europe. All the best, Ecoparcel!

The company was unable to pick up the parcel two times in a row because of an error on the website which prevented it from recognizing the address correctly. Online support was responsive, but useless - they told me they corrected the address, but the order was cancelled nevertheless. Every time the expected pickup time was set from 8am to 6pm - which required me to schedule 2 days off the work to only learn in the middle of the day that they were unable to process the order. Totally miserable experience.

Collection was cancelled without notice at the beginning and a few hours later the courier appeared without notice again to pin-up the box... bad service as there could have been nobody in the house at that stage.

Very cheap and effective service. Given the very low price, you will not have all the benefits of other delivery companies. For example, you are not given a precise collection time slot.

good website - easy to book, good tracking info parcel arrived on date/time expected would use you again!

Altrimenti avrei messo 0!!! Il mio pacco é arrivato rapidamente in Spagna ma, nonostante i continui solleciti, é rimasto ben 15 giorni in magazzino. E oltre al danno anche la beffa, perché mi é arrivato in condizioni indescrivibili, praticamente disintegrato. Prima ed ultima volta con ecoparcel!!!
