The shipment went very well. The time of collection and delivery have been respected. The tracking has been updated every 24h and I have received an email the day of delivery. Also, the courier was GLS during the whole shipment, from Italy to Germany. The day of the delivery a live tracking was available, which is very useful.
I give 4 stars over 5 only because there was no indication about the courier agency at the end of the shipment order, I found out it was GLS only at the momento of the collection.
I will use eco parcel.eu again for sure!

I have sent 2 parcels from France to Greece,Fast delivery,but second parcel,the box and some things inside were little bumped,overall good service

The delivery has not been made at the requested address but package has been left into a shop at 15 min far from home. The parcel was for my daughter and its weight was 17 kgs and she has no car nor any possibility to carry it home !!!! Moreover, the driver did not even triy to deliver home since she stayed all day home to wait for her parcel!!!! It is unacceptable.....

Parcel hasn't been delivered where it should.
Customer service impossible to join.
I will not recommend nor do it again with them.

Extremely efficient the only draw back was the delivery time changed for delivery meaning I had to reschedule 2 appointments

Forgot some things in our hotel in Italy. Perfect service, all back in the Netherlands in 4 days!
