The collection was very good, and the tracking went well till 2 weeks ago, where was the last notification of where the package was, I contacted customer service a few times and they couldn’t help me as they didn’t know where was it. And yesterday, 2 weeks after the last update I got another update saying that it was in the country and today was delivered. I got the message that was delivered and that someone signed it, which was not true as it was left outside in the street on the front door. No call, nothing to tell me that they were leaving it outside. I’m very disappointed with the service in general. I understand that was Christmas, but I could have had more updates, and not knowing where was for 2 full weeks plus not getting help from customer service…. Not happy

Next to the Holiday season everything went well, I got my packages, my things arrived safely without broke anything.

Half parcel ended in the bin, 3 weeks was a very long time. Was meant to arrive before Christmas. Was sent earlier according to your advice. Extremely disappointed this time.

It was extremely easy to book the pickup, the delivery time took longer than expected for more than 10 days ( due holidays) i would like to think it was the motive, the delivery was smooth and easy, all was traceable by the webpage and the tracking number provided, definitely a great service, i would like to use it again but i would advice on tell the right dates for delivery

I have never experienced such a bad, scamming service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with ecoparcels and GLS is refusing to help us, because we have to go through ecoparcels. My package was sent to france instead of denmark and it is completely impossible to get any kind of help from ecoparcels. Do not (!) send with them!

Too much late,the problem was at departure country
