Please head to the Help Centre and open a ticket so we can investigate.

Since the collection address is an administrative building, the reception may not have passed the parcels to the courier upon arrival.

You selected our Locker2Door service for a shipment from Belgium to the Netherlands. The parcel was dropped off at the ParcelShop yesterday and successfully delivered today, thereby achieving next-day delivery.

If you were unable to locate the ParcelShop address at the time of drop-off, please note that you chose your preferred ParcelShop when placing an order.
