One of the parcels arrived damaged and the other was never collected. It got cancelled and it took a lot of chats and emails to get a parcial refund because they claimed there were two attempts to collect the parcel. I had to hire another company and they collected the parcel without any issue to the same comercial address. Ecoparcel used to be a good company but now it’s pretty bad. They’ve lost me as a customer.

Our records indicate that our local courier did arrive, as confirmed by the GPS tracking on their van. However, we guarantee one collection attempt according to our terms and conditions. In this instance, two attempts were made but, unfortunately, neither was successful.
To help avoid such issues in the future, please ensure the Flexible Cancellation option is selected when booking. This option provides a full refund. Without it, a cancellation fee is applied, resulting in a partial refund.
