Dependable, but takes time to get a shipping label. Not an instant service.

Thank you for your feedback, Abdullah! We're glad the service was reliable overall. We've noted your comment about the time it takes to generate a shipping label, and we'll pass it along as we keep working to make the process faster.

Wszystko ok.

Excellent service – highly recommended!
Everything went perfectly with my shipment through Ecoparcel. The collection took place on the exact day and within the indicated time slot, and the driver was very helpful.
The shipment, handled by GLS, was also made on the scheduled day and within the expected time frame, with the boxes delivered right to my doorstep.
5 out of 6 boxes arrived in excellent condition. One of the boxes was a little more damaged, but I believe this was mainly due to the quality of the box itself rather than the handling.
I have been using Ecoparcel for around 12 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them in the future!

Conform verwachting afgeleverd.
