Scam alert! Avoid Ecoparcel at all costs. I booked two pickups (4K4N9G and 6NKKBA) through Ecoparcel with DPD. The courier never showed up, never called, and never even attempted to collect the packages. After contacting customer service, they blatantly lied, claiming I was absent. I later found out that the courier assigned to my area, Peter, is known for skipping pickups in pedestrian zones. Despite this, Ecoparcel refused to refund me and completely ignored my messages. I’ve been scammed out of €70 for a service that was never provided. This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Upon reviewing your orders, we can confirm that on 13/03/2025 at 15:36:35, the courier successfully collected your parcel. For your second collection on 14/03/2025 at 15:21:33, our GPS tracking confirms that the courier arrived at your location at approximately the same time as the previous day. Since couriers typically follow set routes, it would not be in their interest to arrive and leave without attempting a collection.
That said, we understand your frustration, and we are more than willing to investigate further. If you have any additional evidence regarding the missed pickup, please submit a ticket through our support portal, and we will review the case thoroughly.
In the meantime, you have the option to schedule a new collection or request a refund via the "My Orders" section by selecting "Manage Order" and choosing either "Rebook Collection" or "Refund Request".
