The delivery time was as indicated. Pick up and drop was good experience as well. I have use Ecoparcel a couple of times to send my personal stuff when travelling to Spain to visit family. I save the hassle of bringing a suitcase so I can travel light.
Requested pickup but nobody arrived. 2 days past and the shipment had to be canceled. When selecting recollection, a fee is then charge. No actual person to ask. No way to do anything

We’ve noticed that over 30 collections from this location have been completed successfully before, but the most recent one failed, either because the shipper was absent or the goods weren’t ready.
Please head to the Help Centre and open a ticket so we can investigate.
Since the collection address is an administrative building, the reception may not have passed the parcels to the courier upon arrival.
Let’s discuss further - we’re eager to find a solution.

You selected our Locker2Door service for a shipment from Belgium to the Netherlands. The parcel was dropped off at the ParcelShop yesterday and successfully delivered today, thereby achieving next-day delivery.
If you were unable to locate the ParcelShop address at the time of drop-off, please note that you chose your preferred ParcelShop when placing an order.
You can also find the “Locker/ParcelShop Address” for each order by visiting the My Orders section.
